Celebrating the life of Glen Franklin Silvey
Thank you for signing Glen Franklin Silvey's Guestbook
To the Silvey family. I do not know if you remember me. I was Rose Roe back when I knew Glen (and the rest of the family). In fact, there are few childhood memories from growing up in the Quail Oaks neighborhood on Galena Ave that do not, in some way, include Glen and the rest of the gang. Although it has been years since I had seen Glen, whenever I think back upon those days and remember him, it is always with a smile on my face and a laugh in my heart. In fact, if I may say so now, he was my very first 'boyfriend' and my first official kiss in the hall way between the two third grade classrooms at Bellwood elementary. :) While I do not have the appropriate words to try to alleviate any pain and suffering you must be going through at this moment, please know that his memory will forever live on in the hearts of minds of people such as myself who knew him through life and will always remember him so fondly. All my love to your family.

To the Silvey Family. Please accept my sincere condolences. God's Word is a great source of comfort during difficult times. The Bible assures us that we will see our loved ones again as Acts 24:15 promises, "There is going to be a resurrection..." Death is mankind's enemy and Jehovah God will end it, as Isaiah 25:8 promises, 'He will swallow up death forever'. Comforting indeed!
