Bon Bon was the most incredible human being. She loved her family and loved ones fiercely. Her presents was like a ray of sunshine. Bon Bon would always greet you with a smile. She was the most amazing grandmother, great grandma anyone could ask for. Bon Bon would say and quote, Julia let me tell you something. You know I will always tell you the truth right? My response would be. Yes of course Bon Bon I know. With a peak on my cheek she would say, Julia I love you more then you could ever imagine. Even more then Dante. We would both giggle. I will hold on tight to the wonderful memories of all of our adventures, story time as a child. Her love for books, animals, and her family will live on through us. Her Legacy will live on and never be forgotten.
I love you more then you will ever know, Bon Bon. I miss you.
Love,
Julia, Dante, Rylee and Jayce.

Dear Shawn, I am so sorry to learn of Yuvonne’s passing. She was always kind and encouraging to me. I’m sorry we didn’t stay in touch over the years. May you know God’s comfort.

Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. MATTHEW 5:4
May God’s presence comfort you, His perfect peace restore you, and His promise of eternal life sustain you during this time of loss.
She were a wonderful friend. We love you.
Aunt Yuvonne, I’m so sad that I didn’t get to make it back home in time to see you before you left. You were my favorite aunt and the most kindest, gentlest, and sweetest soul. From the time I was little, I was always drawn to your sweet disposition and calm voice, and I always looked forward to seeing you. I know I never got to tell you this, but when I was little, I used to think to myself, I want to be buried next to my Aunt Yuvonne when I pass. You were that special to me, and I’ll miss and love you always.
Thanks for being the best aunt a niece could ask for!
Love ,
Your niece, Lisa.
We will miss Yuvonne’s beautiful smile and her calming spirit. Yuvonne was a generous individual, who frequently brought a smile to my face. My condolences to John Andrew Hewlett, Jr. and Yuvonne’s children and grandchildren. Yuvonne was a treasure.

We are sorry for your loss. Such a nice lady in every way. God bless the family.
My Aunt Yuvonne was so kind, thoughtful, caring, and loving. She truly lit up every room that she walked into. My Aunt Yuvonne hand made me my very first doll which was a Raggedy Ann. To this day, my doll sits by my bed on my nightstand. Thank you Aunt Yuvonne for loving all of us. I am so grateful to God, and I thank Him every day, that He gave me time to spend with you earlier this year. Please give my Mom & Dad, Carol & Tommy Heinsdale a big hug and kiss from me.
I love you, and I will miss you more than you will ever know,
Your niece Anna Heinsdale Hall 💜😘💜😘

The Celebration of her Life was held@ Thorpland Plantation in Yorktown, VA today. It was a lovely ceremony hosted by her children. The original obituary was published in the Daily Press last week. We felt it appropriate due to our BonBon spending most of her time visiting in the Tidewater area. She loved reading on our various porches and watching the grandchildren ride their ponies.
I will always cherish the times I spent chatting with Yuvonne. She was a sweet and kind lady and will be remembered as such. May you cherish all of your fondest memories of her and let them give you peace and comfort in your days ahead. Know that she is resting in peace now! Extending our Deepest Sympathy to all of you, Joyce and Herbert Hicks, Brookbury Neighbors
May the comfort of God help the family through this challenging time and bring peace, comfort, and healing to you all’s soul. Brookbury Neighbors.
