Adam Dale Young Sr.
August 13, 1965 – October 22, 2022
Adam Dale Young Sr., 57, of Chesterfield County, Virginia, departed this earth on October 22, 2022, after battling kidney disease.
Adam was a loving father who strived to be the best version of himself for his family. He was preceded in death by his mother Addie; father, Cam; nephew, Jamie; and brother, Robert. He left behind siblings, Belinda Riddle and Richard Young; children Jessica Stump, Adam Young Jr, Shannon Young, and Tiffany Young; grandchildren, Hunter and Alexa Ehredt, Rusty Ellison, Adrianna and Kendra Clark; and Zoey Hentnik. While Adam is gone, he will never be forgotten and will be greatly missed by all.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to Noon with a memorial service to begin at Noon on Friday, October 28, 2022, at Affinity Funeral Service, 2720 Enterprise Pkwy Richmond, VA 23294.
Rest in peace uncle Adam.

I worked the summer of 1970 at the Bellwood Drive-In and first met Belinda and JE Riddle. Adam was Belinda’s five year old brother then, younger than some of her own children. Over the years we watched him grown into a man. How sad that he left you all so early. Our hearts break for Belinda and Adam’s own family.
Dad I miss you so much. As I heal and start to move forward with my life, please know that I will never forget you. I will live to honor you and be the best daughter I can be. Through all my pain it brings me peace knowing that you will never have to suffer another day.
