To Al’s family.
I want to give my condolences for your loss. Al was dear to many and to me he was know as singing Al. He had a wonderful spirit and infectious smile. God bless you!
This is one of my favorite scriptures. Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you (1 Peter 5:7).
Al was the smartest person I had ever known in that time period, and that wasn’t even his best quality. I had lost touch with Al as an adult. I had grown up with he and Chris. Al was gracious and kind to all people. He was the definition of class at such a young age. He had such high human character. I have met a lifetime of people, yet reflecting back Al’s, good and compassionate qualities are even more salient than I understood when we were young men. If I had to guess I would imagine that everybody that ever encountered Al Neill, left that encounter a better person. He was in all ways remarkable, and this is terrible. I am saddened by the news. I wish Chris, Sabina, and his loved one’s strength and peace.
Respectfully,
Malcolm Boyd
