Bit was born in Cleveland Texas in 1945 and graduated in 1963 from Cleveland High School. Bit was voted head cheerleader, most athletic, and most popular. She loved horses and all her animals, especially her puppy’s Peanut and Muffin. Big momma could cook anything! She was a big collector, loved antiques, and liked to garden. Loved football “GO Texans”  Big Momma loved to play the dominos game “42” with her friends in Kirbyville Texas. She won the “42 Championship” in 2017 and had her picture in the Kirbyville Banner newspaper.
For the past eight months she lived in Virginia and enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the deer. We put a deer feeder in the woods so she could watch the deer every day. She would always count how many she could see while sitting by the fireplace and talking to her friends on the phone. She liked to make walking sticks she would whittle on them while she sat on the porch. She also enjoyed reading her bible while sitting on the porch.
Bit was a member of Vision Outreach Full Gospel Church in Kirbyville Texas for more than 30 years. She was baptized by Brother Danny years ago and always loved going to her church where she made many close friends and learned about God. She LOVED GOD! She was even known to ride her horse to church on several occasions.
Headstrong with a “can do attitude” don’t tell her she cannot do anything she would prove you wrong.    She worked at Leggett Memorial Hospital and Livingston Memorial Hospital and retired from TDC as an X-ray technician.
