Rest in peace. I know she will be missed deeply she was such a wonderful women always had a smile on her face. A another angel got her wings.
My mom was well known in Highland Springs, she worked at Center Pharmacy for years and loved all of their customers. She was a faithful catholic and sang in the choir for years. Mom took care of my dad, her husband too. She was a very strong and determined woman. My dad loved his wife so much. Even though he was fighting his own battle with dementia he wanted to take care of mom too. Dad always tried to have a smile on his face. They loved their grandsons and great grandchildren.
I will miss them and they will be forever in my heart along with my brother.
I worked with Barbara Chandler at Center Pharmacy. She was like an angel on earth. I never heard her say a negative word about anyone. She gave everyone the benefit of the doubt. She was loving, kind, smart and caring of every person with whom she came in contact. She endured heartbreaking experiences in her life with grace and class. She was and will always be an inspiration to all who knew her.
I hope she will forgive me for not having visited in the last several years.
I know she is loving life in Heaven now.
I went to St. John’s with Barbara and was in the choir together, In fact I went by in my car to pick her up and take her home after practice. My husband and I stopped by to see her one time, but I don’t live at the same place anymore. Barbara was a wonderful person and I I always have her in my heart, and always think about her. She was a wonderful woman,
