Bill and my father worked together with Southern States and they were good friends beyond that. Anothony, Billy, and I were kids growing up then. So to me Bill was like a favorite Uncle. He was such a character. Great with a punchline. He always made things interesting and enjoyable. I don’t think we ever saw him that we didn’t have at least a couple stories to tell afterwards and more often than not, a lot more than two. They were fun times that I will never forget, always reminding me with a laugh and a smile. It was an honor and a blessing to have known him. We will see him again someday.
I’m so sorry for your loss. Praying for you all.
So very sorry Dolly & Ratliff family for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you go forward.
