Blanche Evelynn Parker Hoffman, 72, of Woodbridge, VA passed away on September 12, 2022. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and servant of Christ. She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her family.
Surviving family members include her daughter, Katharine (Dennis) Bullock; son, Robert (Theresa) Hoffman Jr.; 11 grandchildren; Justin, Christopher, Stephen, Jacob, and Anna Bullock; Jo Anna, Colleen, Gregory, and Brett Hoffman; Jordan and Zachary Hoffman; three great-grandchildren; Preston Jr., Delilah, and Liam; her sister, Reva Boyd; brother, Frank (Paula) Parker Jr.; brother, James Parker; five nieces; Yolanda, Michelle, Tonia, Robin, and Christina; and four nephews; Frank, Michael, Matthew, and Joshua.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hoffman; father, Frank Parker; mother, Opal Patton Parker; brothers, Daniel and Charles Parker; and son, Jeffrey Hoffman.
There will be a memorial service held in her honor on Saturday, October 8 at All Saints Reformed Presbyterian Church, 3000 Grove Avenue Richmond, VA 23221, at 11:00 am with a reception in the fellowship hall to follow.

You where an amazing person. I want to thank you for everything you did for me when I came home a few years ago. You took me in if I was your son that meant a lot to me. It sucks that you and him are gone now but I know y’all are in a better place looking down on me.

I am one of the luckiest granddaughters to have you as my grandma I can’t even put in words because it would be too long of all the things I want to say or can say but I want you to know I will miss you so very much and I love you so very much and Preston jr ,Delilah, and Cody will miss you too but I know you will watch over us all as you have always done with me and say hi to uncle Jeff and give him our love💗
I knew Blanche from living in Belmont. We all did so much together until we went our separate ways. I will never forget you Blanche or Rob.
