Charlotte Ann Hennigan

April 18, 1961-February 5, 2022

Charlotte Ann Hennigan, 60, of Amelia, Virginia, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 2:32 am, in her home surrounded by loved ones.

Charlotte was born in Long Beach, California, on April 18, 1961 and was raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She married the love of her life, George Jeffrey Hennigan on October 6, 1984.  Together, they went on to have 3 daughters and a son.

Charlotte was the center piece of her family. She loved her family with all that she was, and in return she was loved by all who met her. She drove a school bus for Chesterfield County for over 20 years, and was loved by coworkers, students and teachers alike. Some of her interests included tattoos, collecting country chic décor and trinkets, craft shows, all things Cajun, and being there for her family. There was rarely a family gathering that she did not attend.

Charlotte is survived by her loving husband, George and their four children: Callie Norris (Lee), Megan Hennigan, Linda Hague, and Wesley Hennigan (Amber Cheatham), and their nine grandchildren: Jayden Jones, Jace Jones, Zach Norris, Jared Jones, Makenzie Hague, Kiersten Norris, Cade Hennigan, Avah Hennigan, Jett Hennigan. She is also survived by her four siblings: Ronda Korkosz, Wendy Morris, Joey Morris, and Jerri Lynn Tope; and additionally, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Jerry Morris and Linda Morris, as well has her grandmother, Irene Broussard.

It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye for now to the best wife, mother, sister, friend, and Granny that we could have asked for.

Rest easy until we meet again. We love you always and will continue to carry you in our hearts.

A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday February 18, 2022 at Christ Family Outreach Church in Amelia. Interment will be private.
