Charlotte T. Armstrong,  92 of Richmond, Va, passed away on June 26, 2023.

Charlotte was a beloved mother, survived by her daughter, Terri Armstrong. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Harlen Kenneth and Clifton Thomas.

In her early years, Charlotte attended White Stone High School and then pursued secretarial training after moving to Richmond at the age of 17.  She went to work at F&M Bank, where she very quickly was promoted to Secretary for the president. While also modeling for Miller and Roads Tea Room. Charlotte’s dedication and hard work led her to a career in the Building and Inspection Department at the Henrico County Courthouse. Charlotte had a passion for music and enjoyed playing the piano. She also loved to travel and explore new places. Her vibrant personality and zest for life will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
