Christine Antionette Hamilton

April 13, 1972 – June 28, 2020

Christine Hamilton, 48, of Richmond, Virginia departed this world to rest in eternal peace on Sunday, June 28, 2020.
Christine was the youngest daughter of Deaconess Rosa Snead. She was a devoted and loving mother to DeAndre Hamilton. Christine was a great sister to Charlette Thomas (Reginald), Carol Fielder, Charles Hamilton Jr, Charles Hamilton III (Vanessa) and her twin brother, Christopher Hamilton (Alonda). She also leaves behind her nephews, Johnathan; and twin nephew’s, Elijah and Emmanuel.
Christine graduated from John Marshall High School where she was a flag girl. She went on to become a medical assistant.
Christine belonged to Thirty First Street Ward Karate DOJO where she earned her 4th degree black belt. She loved exercising and spending quality time with her son. She would spend time taking her son on adventures such as hiking, safaris and amusement parks.
Christine would light up a room with her beautiful smile. She had a great sense of humor and would always make you laugh. She loved Elmo and elephants and was a collector of both.
In honor of Christine a private ceremony for immediate family will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 at 12 o’clock noon. Virtual simulcast will be available on-line.

      I worked with Christine for six years. She was a great nurse and she loved her Elmo . She will be missed.

    On behalf of The Williams Family, we wish to express our heart felt sympathy & deepest condolences in the passing of the late Sis. Christine A. Hamilton. Sending many many prayers of comfort, healing, love & strength to the entire family. I’ll always keep my fond memories of her has we sat together at the Christmas Party in December of 2019 at Grayland Baptist Church for the Golden Age Ministry as her Mothers guest.
