Dale was a special individual who made everyone’s day better. I worked closely in the office with him on the elevator process and we shared a lot of laughs over the years. He always had a good story to tell and made me laugh. He will be greatly missed.
A friend, Mentor and all around honest, decent and caring man. He will definitely be missed. Rest in peace my friend.
I worked with Dale for several years in Building Inspections and have known him for the 35+ years we have both worked for Henrico County. I always enjoyed his sense of humor and he was a truly nice person and a great friend. Thoughts and prayers are with his family and many friends and co-workers. RIP Dale.
With heavy hearts, we would like to offer our deepest condolences to the Powers Family and all those affected by this tremendous loss. Dale was one of the “good guys”, professional, funny, dedicated, knowledgeable and so down to earth. He will truly be missed.

I am so very sorry to hear about Mr. Power’s passing. I met him several years ago when he would do inspections at our properties and would communicate with him regularly via email, as recently as 10/28/2022. He was such a kind gentleman and very patient with me. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
Vicky: I just learned of Dale’s passing today. I am so sorry. He was truly a likeable and friendly individual. I considered him a friend as well as a client. Please know that I am thinking of you and Lisa during these difficult times.
