David I loved the short time I spent with you since I became the pastor of Elkhardt Baptist Church. I enjoyed our talks and time when spent studying God’s word together. Our time we spent praying together was powerful. I will always remember your favorite scripture, Isaiah 61:1-3. David you have fought a good fight while here on earth. You knew Jesus as your personal savior, and He lived in your heart ❤️. Now may you find rest until one day we will meet in heaven above. I will see you again my friend.

On behalf of our Mother, Edith Bouwense, I would like to write a message for her while she is in a nursing home and unable to have visitors. I can’t imagine how it feels to loose your child. She loves her children. She has a special love for David. They spent so much time together. Mom and I have spent time talking about his childhood, his adult life, and looking at pictures. David, you know she loves you and one day she will be able to see you again. ❤️
The light may be extinguished, but the good
memories live on. I have many.
