Sheryl,
As I often do I thought about Mr. Miller today and went to his fb page to get to yours and message you and see how he he was doing. I am very sorry to read of his passing. He was such a nice person and although he had his health issues , he was always upbeat at poker and never complained. He will be missed. If you need anything please let me know.
Dennis was one-of-a-kind – always smiling, laughing, and loving life. I’ve known him since we played music together in the late 60’s – early 70’s. To say it was a great time was an understatement. We haven’t seen each other for years, but we would talk every once in a while, and the years always melted away. My sincere sympathy to who his entire family. He loved you so much, and was so very proud of you.
Wow, this is tuff Dennis was a friend. We officiated quite a few football games together. He was serious well maybe not, he made the games fun ALL the time. I never saw him without a smile on his face. I will truly miss my friend on and off the field.
Sheryl I am so saddened to read of Dennis passing, I will remember the crazy times working with Dennis at Mercer. You an the family are in my prayers.
I know I shouldn’t have favorite but trouble certainly was one of mine. I loved Mr. Miller and truly enjoyed every shift I spent with him. I will miss his jokes and positive attitude no matter the situation. I hope you family finds peace during this hard time. I will miss speaking with you both.
