
Faye C. Moss
January 15, 1945 – April 14, 2023
Faye C. Moss of Glen Allen, VA, departed this life on Friday, April 14, 2023.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Waverly and Mamie Hopkins; one brother, Junius Hopkins; and two sisters, Ivy McLaughlin and Jean Hopkins.
Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of 61 years, Barry E. Moss; two daughters, Deborah Hudgins (Michael) and Kimberly Hart; three grandchildren, Ashley Gatewood (Lance), Shannon Rothwell (Bradley), and Joshua Hart; five great-grandchildren, Declan, Oliver, Simone, Hudson and Ronan. She is also survived by her devoted sister, Yvonne Edwards; two loving aunts, Amy Crews and Ora Johnson; one brother-in-law, Ronald Moss (Elsie); one sister-in-law, Troy Moss; along with nieces and nephews, Candace, Daniel, Sean, Van, Chann, Marcille, Lil Ronnie, Valerie, Louie; and other relatives, friends, and neighbors.
Special thanks to the nursing staff from 4West and Shamara at St. Mary’s Hospital and devoted friend, Rose Iverson.
Family and Friends are welcome to attend a memorial gathering in memory of Faye will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 21, at Affinity Funeral Service Richmond Chapel, 2720 Enterprise Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23294.
