Frank was my neighbor for over 22 years during that time there were good times and not so good times. However, regardless I could always count on Frank being Frank. I am going to miss that. Say hello to Jane for me and give Freckles a biscuit for me as well. Rest In Peace Frank

Our hearts are very saddened as we just learned of your death dear Frank. We have sorely missed your Janie and now we will forever miss you both…..until we meet again in our promised home. All the fun times we all have shared through these many years, our Motorcycle Retreads meetings and riding conventions—on the Harleys & Janie in her black leathers riding her scooter; our fun times at the fish camp and fishing or cruising on the Chesapeake and Great Wicomico River (even when you had to teach Pat the proper way to hold the rod, or putt-putting too slow lol); fun at the shuffleboard court in FL; military stories; your never ending laughter which was contagious. Yes, we shall miss you and Janie as good friends do. Rest in Peace Frank, and tell Janie and Freckles we miss them. To Frank’s daughters and family our deepest sympathy.
