There are few words to describe the heartbreak we are feeling today. Harry was definitely one of a kind and filled our hearts with so much love, laughter and life. From his contagious laugh to his warmest of smiles, he always made us feel loved each and every time we walked through the door. I have so many memories that are flooding my mind right now. I can’t help but laugh or smile with each one. I don’t really think I can accurately describe the role he played within our family. His personality was bigger than life itself and he gave each of us a different piece of it to carry. I loved him not only because he loved us with all that was within him, but also because he wore each hat with such pride and joy for his family. He was Husband, Father, Pop Pop, Brother, Uncle, Friend. He was peace, joy, laughter, love, life. Thank you, Harry, for who you were to each of us. Rest well and fly high knowing that you gave us everything we needed, wanted and hoped for in our family. Life well served, Harry…life well served. Love you bunches, Missy

Sending love and prayers to Carol and the family, love Dee ,Barbara , Arlene, Shirley (smith family)
In the spring of 1990 I bought an old house in Carytown and Harry helped me with some carpentry work during the renovation project. Thirty-one years later I’m still in the house and have never forgotton Harry and his warm smile and extremely friendly personality and manner. I was sorry to read of his passing. I would have loved to have seen him again, even just to tell him that I never forgot him or how much I appreciated his help. God bless his soul and may God’s love comfort you and yours at this time. My deepest and sincerest condolences to Ms Carol and the entire family. Harry was always so welcoming and such a fun loving spirit to be around. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to meet him.
