I am sorry for your loss. Haywood and I worked together for many years at the County of Henrico. I am sorry to hear of his passing. He has left us much too young. I believe he is in a much better place and hope you share such a belief and that it gives you some comfort. Bill
My heartfelt condolences to the family. Haywood and I worked as midnight shift compter operators for Henrico DP in the late 1970’s. I was the new guy and Haywood trained me. Haywood’s friendship always meant a lot to me and it continued even after his retirement. We kept in touch with cards and emails after his retirement. His strong faith was always evident and he is now being rewarded. Life well lived my friend.
I am so sorry to learn of Haywood’s passing and wish to express my condolences to his loved ones. I worked with him for many years at Henrico County. To me he was a man of faith, good heart, pure character and pleasant disposition. I always looked forward to seeing him at Christmas time when he would come back to visit us at work. May God bless and keep him and those who mourn his passing.

I worked with Haywood at Henrico County. He was such a nice guy and a gentlman. To the family I’m so sorry for your loss. I know he will be greatly missed. He is in Gods arms now.
I pray that Haywood’s family will have peace, comfort, and strength during this time of sadness. Haywood trained me as a computer operator at Henrico County back in 1974 on the 4pm to midnight shift. Haywood and I would spend our 30 minute break going out to get a byte to eat. Haywood was a great teacher and wonderful guy to be around. He will be missed. He is now an angel watching over his family and friends.
