Heriberto Rosado , affectionately known as “Papi /Eddie”, gained his heavenly wings on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 after a brief illness.
Eddie was born to the late Mary Roman on July 10, 1939 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He attended and graduated from school in Puerto Rico. He was joined in Holy Matrimony to Maria Roman in Puerto Rico and out of that union four children were born. Eddie moved to New York in the late sixties and in 1998 he moved to Virginia to continue his career in painting with his son. His favorite pastime was spending time with his family, listening to music, and playing his guitar. Eddie was a die heart Republican and a New York Yankee fan.
Eddie was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Roman. He leaves a legacy of love and fond memories. He is survived by his five devoted children, Rene Rosado (Cassandra), Heriberto Rosado of New York, Ana Barzvi of New York, Ricardo Tito Rosado of New York, and Damien Larson (Allison) of New Jersey; ten grandchildren, Chanel Rosado, Jason Rosado of New York, Ricardo Rosado of Florida, Shaniqwa Rosado, Estee Sorin (Adam) of New York, Taylor Rosado, Eli Barzvi of New York, Brandon Rosado, Jordan Rosado, and Ethan Barzvi of New York; nine great-grandchildren; a host of friends, family and relatives among those one devoted, Ruthie Aldarondo and family.
