When I was a kid, Jackie was my cool Aunt with hip clothing and style. As I grew up she stayed cool but I also came to appreciate her great sense of humor and the intense love she had for her family. Your suffering is over, rest now and know you will always be in our hearts. Anne

Westmoreland Family,
I am so sorry to learn of Jackie’s passing. She was such a wonderful person to work with for so many years. The entire Carter Printing family wish you peace and goodwill as you grieve.
George, Brooke and Justin,
I’m so sorry to hear of your loss. During the many years that I worked with Jackie, she was always there for me with moral support, kind words during troubled times, and empathy when needed. Of course, it wasn’t just me but many, many people at our company that Jackie was always there for. I came to think of Jackie as our in-house emotional therapist. Trust me when I tell you that she helped many people get through some trying times in their lives. We always felt better after talking with Jackie!
Remember the good times.
So very sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful lady. She will surly be missed?
