JaLynn Mekenzie Samuel was born on July 25, 2008, and passed away on July 30, 2023. Her love and joy will be missed and forever cherished.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2023, at 25622 Ruther Glen Road Ruther Glen, VA 22546.
Our niece was a beautiful fun- loving girl. She always had smile on her face and kind words to say to you. We loved her dearly and she will truly be missed.

Jailyn have always been and will always be in my heart. I remember those days I worked with her at Ratcliffe and gained the confidence if her parents who knew she was loved and in good hands each day she came in those doors. God bless you Angel!
