
John Bankhead Hardison
June 11, 1986 – December 29, 2020
On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, John Bankhead Hardison was taken far too soon at the age of 34.
He is survived by his mother and father, Richard and Mary Ann Hardison, brother Richard Hardison, Jr., beloved mother of his children Megan Hildebrandt, and children Georgia Blake and Brandt “Beau” Harry Hardison.
Originally from Charleston, WV, John received and undergraduate and law degree from WVU, where he also played college football. John relocated to Richmond, Virginia in 2018. He will always be remembered for his charismatic personality and charm.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Monday, January 4 at Affinity Funeral Service Richmond Chapel, 2720 Enterprise parkway, Richmond, VA 23294.

We are so very sorry and are praying for everyone who will miss John. Trying to find comfort in knowing he is at peace with our Lord Jesus Christ now.
Very sad watch him grow up and was so happy he was going to be a dad
John was a wonderful nephew who was so happy to be a Dad. We will miss him and our prayers go to his parents, Dick and Maryanne, his brother Ritchie and his fiancée Megan, Georgia who loved John and his precious child, Beau. Uncle Charlie and I are devastated sending prayers.
We are sending prayers to Uncle Dick, Aunt Mary Ann and Rich. We love you and are here for you. We are also sending prayers to everyone else that loved John. He will be missed.

I am so saddened and sorry to hear about John’s passing. The conversations and reflections that I have had about John’s life have brought so many laughs, smiles, and great memories that reflect how fortunate we all are to have known him. He was a truly amazing friend that will be missed.
