Keith Alan Robinson, 61, of Richmond, VA passed away on June 6, 2022, in his home.
Keith was born on January 4, 1961, in Melbourne, FL and attended Melbourne High School where he played football for the Melbourne High Bulldogs. Keith attended Fayetteville University in North Carolina for one year before he was called home to Florida to help his grandmother. It was then that he got a summer job and met his wife, Patti.
Keith served his country in the Army for seven years in Finance where he got to travel the world. Where else can you have Breakfast in France, Lunch in Italy, and Dinner in Greece!
He worked in the Banking industry for over 40 years with SunTrust, Waltham Savings Bank, Shawmut Bank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo. He worked as a Teller, Clerk, Sales, Mortgages, Loans, Credit and ended his banking career as a Sr. Customer Success Representative at Wells Fargo.
Keith was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was a special man that touched the lives of many.
He was preceded in death by his uncle, Willie Alfred Brown; Grandmother, Thelma White; and Mother, Maple Pearl Brown-Robinson.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Patti; son, LaTravius (Nadene) of Bowling Green, KY; grandson, Micah of Bowling Green, KY; sister, Tonya Robinson of Rochester, NY; nieces, Diomber Johnson (Khadijah) and Kyarra Joseph (Dante), both of Rochester, NY; nephew, Quentin Johnson of Rochester, NY; great niece, A’lycia Latrice Pearl Martinez of Rochester, NY; and a host of family, friends and loved ones.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 12 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Affinity Funeral Service, 2720 Enterprise Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23294. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, June 13 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Courthouse Road Church, 530 Courthouse Road, Richmond, VA 23236, with repass to follow.
