Kevin Eugene (Todd) Horner Nov. 28, 1965 -Aug. 24, 2017 Kevin Eugene Horner, age 51, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Aug. 24, 2017, at Johnston Willis Hospital in Richmond, Va., surrounded by his loving family. Todd was born Nov. 28, 1965, in Martinsburg, to the late Ralph L. Horner Sr. and Frances L. Largent. He was raised in Hedgesville, W. Va. He was employed at W. T. Lumber Company in Virginia for 18 years. He was an avid Nascar fan, loved working with mechanics, and listening to music. His family was especially important to him. He will be sorely missed by his little buddy Victor (grandson). He is survived by his loving wife, Mary, of 18 years; sisters Pamela D. Horner, Joyce A. Clay and brother Michael S. Largent, all of West Virginia; daughter Connie M. Lindsey and husband, Mike; son Dean E. Stevens, of Virginia; grandchildren: Cindy, Sara, Victor, Allie, Vanessa, Amanda, a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his fathers Ralph L. Horner Sr. and John C. Largent, he was preceded in death by his oldest brother, Ralph L. Horner Jr. and grandson Dean E. Stevens Jr. Interment was private. Final resting place is in Chester, Va.
