Lisa, I remember the day you married Jamie. I was just 5 years old and didn’t want to leave your side. This carried on throughout the rest of my childhood. I loved all the weekends I got to spend with you baking, doing crafts, and making picnics. Halloween at your house is some of my favorite memories with you. You loved me as if I were your own. You had such a pure heart, a smile that was contagious, and could find a friend in anyone. I love you and I’m going to miss you every day. I take comfort in the fact that you’re finally at peace.

Jamie, I cannot tell you how sad I am today and I cannot imagine how you and your family feel. Lisa was one of a kind. I was fortunate to know her and her dog Molly. She was a great friend and one of the kindest people I have ever met. Lisa had a way about her that no one else did. She always seemed to know when someone was down and would immediately devote all of her attention to them. Her way of calling you by first and last name always made you feel special. She will be missed greatly. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family.

May God give the family the strength to get through this difficult time. Jesus said, Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Lisa will be missed and is loved by all who knew her. Rest in Peace. Ten thousand angels took your soul and you are with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness”. 2 Cor. 12:9 Until we all meet again in Heaven. Sing with the angels. Love, Karen Luc Long from Poplarville, MS.

I am truly saddened & shocked to hear of the passing of Lisa. We lost touch several years ago when I left Virginia to return home to Florida. I have so many fond memories of time spent with her. We worked together at Bank of America and Key Mortgage. We became instant friends. She was a kind soul with an infectious laugh and smile! My prayers to her entire family.I am so very sorry for your loss! I know she is in heaven now and the pain is gone.God Bless you all. Deanna Jones
i am so sadden to hear of her passing…i knew lisa (weeka birdie) when she was merely a tot and her big blue beautiful eyes and bouncy personality…although our paths went different ways in life her picture shows that not much changed in her adult life…she def. made her mark!!! R.I.P. and comfort to all her family
We were best friends for four years of my life, I was the luckiest man alive to have a friend so dear and close .
Distance and time pulled us a part ,but never in the heart . She was beautiful, sweet , kind, funny, and smart .
I will always love my friend , Rest In Peace (Sugar)
