Mary Alice Power Seamon

July 3, 1948 – March 31, 2021

Mary Alice Power Seamon, 72, of Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away peacefully on March 31, 2021, at Johnston Willis Hospital, in Richmond, Virginia.  She was preceded in death by her beloved, Denny Orlando Seamon. She was the loving mother of Kenneth Wayne Power (Traci) and Melissa Ann Miller, Stepmother of Denny Dell Seamon.  She is also survived by grandchildren Ashley Power, Kenneth Power, Jr., Amber Elkins, Britney Elkins, Ryan Miller, and Timothy Miller and great-grandchildren, Tommy Spence and Bentley Elkins.  Cherished sister of Gladys Chichester, Hazel Clanton, Rollins Tabler, and Roberta Jacobs.  Mary is predeceased by her father, Rollins Tabler, mother, Virginia Tabler, and sister, Rosalie Tabler.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Humane Society or the charity of your choice.  Mary’s family will have a private interment in accordance with the current restrictions in place due to the pandemic.   A private celebration of her life will be held at a time to be determined in the future.
