Mikie was more than a nephew he was also my friend ,which we shared many fun loving adventures. From Richmond to South Carolina some we could share with others mmmm maybe not all but be assured wherever we where we had fun. My boy was never afraid to speak his mind, right wrong or indifferent. It was not uncommon to get a call at 2 am just to chat which I will miss much like Big Sis when she would call. That was when we had our best unfiltered conversations. I will miss him very much and this will leave a hole in my heart but leave many volumes of great memories to reflect on. Though I am filled with sadness I am consoled that his pain is put to rest and a new journey for him begins as he will rejoice the reunion with Big Mike and Big Sis as they will all look upon us as guardian angels as we face our earth bound journeys For me you will never be forgotten but revered . To your Sister,Brother, Sons, nieces and nephews Mikie spoke of you often and always professed his love and pride of each and everyone of you I would bet he is not happy me saying that because he was protective of showing his softer compassionate side. Thank you for being my friend and nephew I love and will miss you , safe journey my friend till me meet again love ya

I still miss him, he was the only good good friend I ever had. No matter what, he always had my back, can’t say that about other people out there, the only good thing about this is, l know. I will see him again!
