Mildred Marlion McNeill of Chesterfield and formerly of Richmond, VA passed away Friday, June 16, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jefferson McNeill Sr. from Dunn, N.C.; son Jefferson McNeill Jr.; mother Virginia Woodall, born in Clover, VA and later of New York; her father, James Rooks; the aunt and uncle who raised her, Mattie Woodall Lowe and Willie Lowe of Richmond; two sisters, Gwendolyn Smith of Richmond, Va. and Esther Woodall Wilcox of New York. She is survived by three children, daughter and caretaker Constance McNeill of Chesterfield, Va., Edward Woodall and Barbara Woodall Harden (Willie) of New York; 12 grandchildren Edward Jr., Denise (Roy), David, Matrice, Melissa Woodall (mother Regina), Kimberly Taylor (mother Marsha), Desarie Grant and Aaron Woodall (mother Renea), LaVet Woodall and Onica Harden, Shaddi Moore (mother Olivia) and LaShanda Marrow Thompkins of Virginia; 21 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends. At mothers request a funeral or viewing will not be held.
