Nancy Anne Francis

Nancy Ann Francis passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023.
Nancy was born in Thompsontown, Pennsylvania later moved to Baltimore, Maryland for her formative years. As an adult, Nancy moved to Richmond where she became a prominent jeweler in the area. She was an accomplished pianist and violinist.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Anne Pannebaker Bagrosky; and brother Raymond Bagrosky Jr. She is survived by her children, Leonard Francis (Karen)and Lisa Hall; her grandchildren, Gregory Hall, Julia Hall and Andrea Francis; four great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Regina Osman, Maratha Krutza and Pauline D’Apice.
Nancy will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1 at Affinity Funeral Service, Richmond Chapel, 2720 Enterprise Parkway, Richmond, VA 23294.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
