Obituary message
Paul Craig Holmberg, 74, of Richmond, Virginia passed away on January 12, 2018 at his home in North Chesterfield.
Paul was born June 24, 1943 in Warren, Pennsylvania to LeRoy Samuel and Ruth Anderson Holmberg. He graduated from Warren High School in 1961 and attended Edinboro College, where he met and married his wife Christina Musante on November 26, 1966, receiving his masters at University of Georgia in Athens. After graduation, they moved to Gaffney, SC where he created and headed the Limestone College Drama Department. Here his son Benjamin was born. Paul and Christina began real estate development in Gaffney and later moved to Richmond, VA to pursue their career in real estate.
Paul had a strong entrepreneurial spirit, was a comical storyteller, known for his quick-witted sense of humor. He loved his pets, especially his sheltie Darlene and sheepdog Whimper who were good little dogs. He was a dedicated husband and father.
His wife Christina and son Ben survive Paul. His brothers, Gary and Don, their families, nieces, nephews, in-laws, other family and friends also survive him. His younger brother Dave, parents, aunts, uncles and niece Aleah Grace, preceded him in death.
Interment of Ashes Ceremony to be held at 1:30 pm Sunday July 8, 2018 in the woods at his grandfather Anderson’s family farm, now owned by his nephew Joseph, at Jackson Run Road, Warren, PA.
