Philip and myself go back for 30 years. He was a good man and a great friend. I was on the Chesterfield County Police Department and he was working for Dominion Energy. We work again when he was working for Virginia Credit Union and I was working for BB&T. He loved his family and was always very professional. I will miss him. James Andrews.
Phil was a good friend and work associate at Virginia Pwer Security. My prayers go out to his family. May God bless you in your time of sorrow.
I knew Phil for the great animal lover that he was, especially when it came to cocker spaniels. The world was a better place with him in it. My sympathies to the family.
I met Phil when he was representing Dominion Power at Crime Clinic meetings. I immediately like him, he was such a gentleman in every sense of the word. We spoke often of our love of family and pets and when my brother was sick and died from cancer, I could not have asked for a more kind friend. Phil was ALWAYS there when you needed him. As our career paths changed we drifted a bit but when we ran into each other it was always with a big smile and hug. I did not see him anymore after I retired and to hear about this through my colleague lays heavy on my heart. As much as he loved you, his family, I know if he could take away the hurt, he would. May God hold you & help you with the emptiness of losing this gentle giant of a man & friend
Phil was a special part of our extended family. His positive outlook and his caring attitude for our sister-in-law and nieces will be long-treasured memories. Phil and Libby were the very essence of souls meant to be together forever. His family remains in our prayers, especially during this holiday season. Judy and Curtis Cooke
