Jimmy was one of my favorite people at Richmond First Church. And definitely my favorite carpenter. Heaven is gaining an incredible man. He is now rejoicing with Jesus. I will continue to pray for Fay and the Williamson family.
Jimmy was one of the kindest, most gentle, and outgoing people I had the honor of knowing. He was always willing to answer my many questions and never failed to give me all the guidance and direction I asked him for. He was a great spiritual leader who greatly helped me stay the course.
I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Jimmy over the course of the past decade through my treasured friendship with his wife, Fay. He was always warm and welcoming, kind and considerate…. Truly, a Virginia Gentleman. He will be greatly missed.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to be of help or support during this time. I will continue to hold you close in thought and prayer.
Much love and hugs…..
Jimmy I will miss you and I love all of my family
James F Williamson was my pastor when he was in Gordonsville, va pastoring there. I will always remember him as a loving caring minister. He married Tommy and I in 1969. Tommy and I are now 52 years as of last Sept 13. He and his wife hold a special place in my heart for many ways they lead and taught us as a young couple starting out together. Faye so sorry to hear of his passing. May God grant you peace and comfort in the days and months to come. You and your family will be in our prayers. Will always love you both, Iris Wright
