Dear Sarah, I wish I could have helped.
Jonathan, I am so sorry for the loss of your sister who I am certain you will miss so much. What a beautiful photo of her. Sending love, David Schilling
Bobbie and Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I got to know Drew
especially when he helped me out putting tarps on boat. He was delightful, funny and had strong arms.
May God give you strength and comfort during this difficult time. Sincerely, Judy Lorello
Our Cosby Choral Family recently lost one of our MC brothers, Drew Zilius.
Drew was a four year member of Men’s Choir, a representative of All District and All Virginia Choirs, and a graduate of the class of 2020.
Drew is remembered for many wonderful things: his outstanding baritone and bass voice, his musicianship, making us crack up at his razor sharp wit, always contributing a pepperoni tray to First Friday(!), always looking perfectly put together with his high-class attire, his faith, his fondness for music and singing, and always being a brother to anyone in need.
Drew grew exponentially over his four years with us at Cosby, and I’m incredibly proud to have been his teacher. We love you, Drew, and we will continue to put our best into MC as you always did.
The Irish Blessing
May the road rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
May the rain fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of his hand
With all my heart,
Heather Andre

I knew Drew because I stood next to him in Mens Choir at Cosby. I was a senior when drew was a sophomore, so he tried to learn about music from myself and my peers. I will never forget his eagerness to be a better musician, that’s a thing that cannot be taught.
When Drew knew that I would be willing to “share my wisdom,” as he liked to say, he started sitting with me at lunch. Every day there was a new joke whether it was cheesy or edgy it always made everyone at the table laugh. All he wanted was to make people smile. In that, he definitely succeeded.
I will be praying for you Drew, I wish everyone peace and comfort in the midst of this loss.
Very Respectfully,
Noah Chapman

Bobbie, Jonathan, Stew and Jerry – we will all miss Sarah so much. She faced so many challenges. She soldiered through much pain and loss in her time. Yet what I remember most vividly of her is her giggle and smile, her sense of fun, and her charming naughtiness. She had a good, deep heart. She is with Drew, Andrew and Matthew now, in a safe and happy place.
Brenda
