Sherry Lucille Britton
August 6, 1954 – March 27, 2020
Sherry Lucille Lewis Britton (Holder), 65, of Richmond, VA, was escorted into her heavenly home on Friday, March 27, 2020, and is safe in the arms of God.
Sherry’s deep love expressed to her family and friends and her courage in living and dying will be etched in our minds forever.
Sherry was an integral part of Costco Wholesale where she was employed for 29 years. She loved going about her life doing good for others, helping those she loved and those in need.
Sherry is survived by her son, Justin Holder, his wife Mary, and her grandson, Justin Holder ll, as well as her siblings Stephen Lewis, Sandra Lewis, and Tony Lewis along with 10 nieces and nephews.
Due to current health concern restrictions a Celebration of Her Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Bon Secours Community Hospice House in gratitude for the loving care given to Sherry and our family.
This is what I shall tell my heart, and so recover hope: the favors of Yahweh are not all past, God’s kindnesses are not exhausted; every morning they are renewed; great is God’s faithfulness. ~ Lamentations 3.21-23
