Dear Lindsay,
While I did not know your father, I do know the pain of losing one. Part of you is glad they are no longer suffering, and the other grieves over them no longer being here. But they aren’t really gone because they left an imprint on your heart that will be with you forever. May good memories help you and your family get through this sad time. Thinking of you and sending our love and condolences…. Art and Karen
Steve was a good guy and friend. I will always cherish our time together piping and raising a pint together. His presence will be missed.
Although I did not know Mr. Alloway personally, if he is anything like his daughter Lindsay, he lights up every room and leads with kindness, compassion, and humility in every situation. I would like to thank him and his family for his highly honorable service and commitment to our country. Look for him and remember his heart in everything. Sending my deepest condolences to the Korynski and Alloway families. May he rest.

I had the honor to work with Steve at Capital Area ASAP for a number of years after his retirement from the Police Department. He was a fine man of honor and integrity. He always seemed to bring much joy to our office and we all miss him very much. Our hearts go out to his family during this season of mourning. Steve loved his family, the county he served so faithfully, his country, which he also served, and his Lord, whom he served on a daily basis.
