Tiffany Nicole Baker, 37, from Winchester Va., was born on June 29, 1982 and passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 7, 2019.
She was the daughter of Dianna and Al White. Tiffany was the wife of Dennis Lee Baker Jr.;
and mother to Dennis III (15), Hannah (13), Jami (12), Nathan (7), and Eva (18 months); special friend, Kathie Riffle; sisters and brothers-in-law, April and Ian Wrin and Kelly and Troy Shoop; brother Josh White; her mother-in-law and father-in -law, Jo and George Kell; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mary and Nathan Bevan; sister-in-law Connie McKenzie; brother-in-law, Jason Kell; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandma, Mary Lee Ragazinsky; great-grandma Betty Joe Hanness; and her most favorite and beloved little dog, Roxie.
Services will be private.

Tiff you have always been my 5th momma and always will nothing will ever change. I will always remember that you got me to eat things that I thought weren’t the best but I tried it and I loved it. RIP to you you’ll always be loved deep down in my heart. No matter what I will keep an eye ? on my so called siblings (they are family to me) I won’t let nothing happened to them.
