WILLIAMS, Vance A., 50, of Goochland passed away March 26, 2016.
Mr. Williams loved to fish, NASCAR racing and Flea Markets. He was very considerate, loving and helpful person.
Survivors include his parents, Marten A. and Mary Price Williams; brother Troy Williams (Kathy); sister Vicki Proctor (John); nephews and nieces, Cory, Samantha, Walker, John Jr. and Madison; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 2pm Tuesday, April 5 at Affinity Funeral Service, 2720 Enterprise Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23294. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers please donate to a local SPCA; or the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675.
