Wayne W. Snead, 64, of Manakin Sabot, Va. transitioned peacefully at home on September 10, 2022.
He was the owner of Wayne W. Snead Landscape Co. & Refuse Service. Wayne was born March 3, 1958, to the late Ollie Sr. & Emma Snead. In addition to his parents, two siblings preceded him in death, Dorothy & Ollie Snead Jr. Survivors include his devoted wife, Constance “Connie;” his son, Wayne Jr. “Teddy;” daughter, Crystal Woodson; bonus daughter, Tisha Smith; four grandchildren, Christian and Paris Woodson, Gavyn and Masyn Snead; three brothers, Elbert, Wesley (Jennifer), and Jermaine (Paulette) Snead; two sisters, Ruby Richardson (James) and Rita Snead; sister-in-law, Priscilla Bruce (Alphonzo); and many nephews, nieces, cousins & friends.
A viewing will be held from 5 to 8 pm Thursday, September 15, 2022, at Affinity Funeral Service – Richmond Chapel, 2720 Enterprise Pkwy, Richmond, VA 23294. A funeral service will be held at 11 am Friday, September 16, 2022, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
