Wendy, I will never forget you. I’ll always remember the way you put emphasis on my name “Elaine” when you called. I could always tell by the sound of your voice whether it was for something serious or not. I will never forget the time you and I went to see “The Soul Stirrers” at Maggie Walker Governor School. We really had a good time. You left a place in my heart that will always be there. When I see anything purple I’ll know that’s you. I miss you sister-in-law- Rest In Peace.
I am truly going to miss you (trazoc) & a friendship that lasted 40+ years. My prayers & condolences go out to your family., Tan
I will miss Wendy dearly. We went through a lot together during recent health challenges and I got to know first hand what a wonderful person she was. Despite all her challenges she made me laugh and I learned what true friendship and what true brotherly love means. It means being there for one another not just through the good times but the bad times as well. The more I was around Wendy the more I grew to love her for her strength, her wisdom and her devotion to her creator. My deep condolences go out to her family. Vanessa
I picked up the phone to call you today and the number was disconnected! Thank you for your friendship from the month I moved to Richmond in 1992! Rest In Peace!!
Rest peacefully my friend. No matter what was going on you’d always come get that hair done. Such a kind, sweet lady.
I was very saddened to hear of the passing of our dear Faithful Sister. She is just taking a little nap resting from her struggles. She is just asleep in God’s memory awaiting the resurrection. When we see her again we will be able to enjoy life with her forever and the suffering and pain Satan inflicted upon her will be no more because he will not be around to cause harm to anyone. So family hold on because our change is coming.
My prayers goes out to each one of you and may the God of love keep his arms around you in the coming months ahead. We are going to truly miss her for the encouragement that she gave even though she was the one that was going through so many struggles.
Wendy! Wow!! I’m just hearing this today! I sent a message to you and didn’t receive a response but I didn’t think a lot about it. When I heard this news today… I just could not believe it. Wow!
Keeping your family in prayer!
Thanks for being a great friend! I love you! Family, you have my condolences!
My great friend! Rest In Peace! I love you@
Oh Wendy, I just heard of this today. I have not seen you since school days and think of you so frequently. We were the two Wendys that sat beside each other in 4th grade and the teacher would walk down the row and stand between us and say she was feeling a wonderful breeze standing there. You were one of the sweetest people I’ve ever know. Rest in peace my beautiful friend. 💔
Wendy, when I think of you I do and will always hear that sweet little giggle from our high school days. You were always such a happy, beautiful spirit. May your memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved you. Rest in peace ….
