
Wesley Brian Nixon
July 6, 1976 – February 22, 2022
Wesley “Brian” Nixon, age 45, of Manakin Sabot passed away on February 22, 2022 after fighting a courageous battle with cancer.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita and nephew, Lucas. He is survived by his wife, Tracy; his sons and best friends, Miller Charles and Mason Cruz; father, Jerry; brothers, Nick (Michelle), Darryl (Melissa), and Scott (Donna); mother and father-in-law, Charlie and Debbie Lawrence; sister-in-law, Whitney Williams (Leon); nieces and nephews, Tia, Chip, Trace, Audrey, Liz and Cale; great nephew and nieces, Landon, Gabbi and Harper.
Brian was a 1994 graduate of Goochland High School. He then joined the United States Marine Corps in 1995 and was honorably discharged in 1999. Brian founded and operated Mill Wood Tree Service (named after his firstborn son) starting in 2010 and continued to operate until his illness.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 18, 2022 at Heights Church, 12440 Gayton Rd. Richmond, VA.

Sorry for the late condolences, but, I’m in Texas, and JUST learned of Brian’s passing. Prayers to the family and friends. Brian was a kind, funny, friend who loved his family immensely.
