It was the perfect place to hold a viewing for people in need of closure prior to the graveside service. They were very accommodating to our needs. They contacted the hospital and obtained death certificates and filed the documents required by the life insurance company Vital Records. They posted an obituary on their website. When my Mom passed in February we were fortunate to come in contact with Affinity Funeral Service.
They were very caring for us at a very difficult time. They made it easy to understand all the options available. And handled all the details including, printing, flowers, notices, and placing a claim for life insurance on our behalf, among other things. On the day of the services in Henrico everything was perfect.
My mom was buried out of state. The folks at Affinity handled all the complex details of that process. They handled all the transportation, made all the contacts at the cemetery, got the permits, and made it so that we just had to arrive at the appointed place and time. They took care of everything at a moment when we were having a lot of stress.
They have my confidence and I would highly recommend them.
